On February 7, the Robotics4EU project will organise the first of four co-creation workshops in the framework of the largest international joint hybrid conference “StartUp Village Networking EVENT – innovative and resilient regional development”, hosted by AgriFood Lithuania, which will take place at Vilnius Town Hall (Vilnius, Lithuania).
The conference is free of charge and will be publicly broadcast live across Europe. The physical event will be attended by speakers and invited guests, and it will be opened by the European Commissioner Mariya Gabriel.
The co-creation workshop, focused on the agri-food sector (one of the project’s priority areas) will enable companies to examine important aspects of their robotic applications from a societal perspective, in order to refine them and test them together with the future end users of these solutions.
The robots will be displayed in the main Entrance Hall, while the co-creation workshop will be held in a separate room within the Vilnius Town Hall, between 11h and 13h CET.
During the workshop, it will be possible for the companies to:
- Assess the societal readiness of the product proposals;
- Map the society concerns to improve the societal acceptance of attending robotic solutions;
- Gather honest feedback from potential customers and partners on the improvement and technology readiness.
Besides the demonstrations and feedback gathered from participants during this workshop, “StartUp Village Networking EVENT – innovative and resilient regional development” includes a dedicated presentation followed by a panel discussion, presenting multiple funding opportunities for SMEs provided by the European projects in the upcoming year or two. Throughout the event, startups will also have an exclusive opportunity to expand their business network and meet one-o-one with their potential business partners, providers and clients.
In addition to many high-level sessions dedicated to discussing the European Start-up ecosystem and opportunities, open calls and funding opportunities for startups will be presented during the event. The funding opportunities will deliver a strong combination of support instruments and tools for scaling up innovation, matchmaking, and demonstrating at large scale innovative market-oriented applications developed by outstanding SMEs that respond to the challenge of a more digitised and greener European Industry.
WHO IS INVITED?
